Guided Meditation - Stress Relief

If I can't find a way to release it I might become overly anxious, become impatient, or start feeling depressed. Today is a new day and if I can't benefit from my stress I will meditate until I can feel that I am connected to awarness. Today I will participate in a guided meditation by Michael Mackenzie for stress relief.

What a stress relief. I had practiced meditation while studying Buddhism some time ago. I just recently took it back up and forgot how beneficial it is to our psyche.
Too bad I can't do that with you guys! I'm at work right now :(

every since i took up yoga about 2 years ago, i've been meditating. after learning how to meditate, it was amazing for actually feel the benefits it provides. great post.
